Highly Scalable Architecture The ViewITpro platform is highly scalable and configurable to suit any service provider or enterprise need. ViewITpro can be installed and implemented on a single ViewITpro Network Management Station Server for small and medium size enterprises, serving up to the hundreds of devices. ViewITpro is a fully multi-threaded application and takes full advantage of multiple processors, additional memory, I/O, and disk. For larger enterprises or for additional redundancy and scalability, each ViewITpro component can be implemented on its own server hardware and distributed for optimal effectiveness. Note: Servers are not required at remote locations. ViewITpro Relay servers enable monitoring on the high speed LAN at the remote location to conserve precious WAN bandwidth. ViewITpro Agents and communicate directly to a centralized ViewITpro NMS over the WAN. Agent communications are compressed and encrypted by ViewITpro Relays.
