ViewITpro Advantages

There are eight value added optional modules available for ViewITpro. All of them are pre-designed directly into the
product and are easily "turned on" or added to any ViewITpro system: Network
Protocol Analysis (NPA) Module. This ViewITpro
probe can be deployed to any ViewITpro server or relay
and performs full traffic capture and decode for advanced network forensics.

Transactions Module (WebTrans). The ViewITpro WebTrans Module
provides sophisticated interactive web-site monitoring and live transaction
testing. Its capabilities surpass simplistic transaction recorders that
cannot provide true unique sessions and interactivity as different users
would. Further, the WebTrans module provide
sophisticated transaction reporting capabilities enabling you to monitor and
chart response time for multi-step transactions. Ticketing

The ViewITpro Ticketing System is an enterprise
service/support desk management system that fully integrates with the ViewITpro NMS. It provides a highly configurable,
web-based, activity-based system that is instantly deployable to all users
and a diverse support team. Advanced
Reporting. ViewITpro provides additional blocks
of high-value management-ready preconfigured reports. Email
Module.
The ViewITpro Email Module is a sophisticated
network probe that creates, time stamps, and fully measures the actual flow
of email packets into and out of a corporate network, providing absolute
assurance that critical email applications are functioning properly. Application
& Platform Management Packs. ViewITpro is
shipped with generic server and network device management packs that can be
applied to virtually any device. Specialized AMPs
and PMPs are available for the most popular
applications and vendor equipment platforms. Website
Statistics (WebStats). ViewITpro WebStats is a probe that provides in-depth website
statistical reporting. It is easily applied to all W3C-compliant webserver applications.
