On-Site Installation

ViewITpro provides on-site installation for a rapid, effective deployment of ViewITpro. Typical installations take just a couple of days with one additional day allocated for training. ViewITpro’s support team creates a customer specific installation plan and work itinerary tailored for user networks. The result is a ViewITpro software deployment designed to meet the users specific business requirements.

On-Site Training

On-site training is usually done at the time of the installation of the ViewITpro software.  It also provides operator and administrator instruction to assist the user in taking full advantage of the product's extensive features and capabilities.

·          Operator Training reviews the basic operations of ViewITpro including an overview of the product features, application organization, monitoring, troubleshooting, built-in diagnostic tools, work flows, running reports, and setting up user preferences.

·          Administrator Training is designed to provide instruction on account set-up, security management, implementing notification options, scheduling periodic reports, managing assets, using the SLA reporting features and maintaining ViewITpro.

Training Class at ViewITpro

ViewITpro’s training provides a two day, regularly scheduled, training class at the company’s headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia or if preferred onsite. Classes are kept small and provide a comprehensive examination of ViewITpro. In addition to the topics reviewed during on-site training, the class covers areas such as agent loading, temporary notification blackouts, alarm notifications rules, managed service groups, health checks, intrusion detection, trend analysis and planning, event correlation and strategies for successful proactive IT management.
